SUMMARY:BodyPass - The Future of 3D Human Body Data for Health and Industry
DESCRIPTION:After three years\, the BodyPass project is close to an end and their project partners are delighted to share the main results in an online event addressed to companies\, professionals\, and institutions interested in the application of 3D human body data for health and product design.\nThe event is organized by the Instituto de Biomecánica de Valencia (IBV) and INCLIVA in collaboration with ATOS\, ELSE Corp\, Istituto Auxologico Italiano\, Philips\, and P&R Têxteis\, partners of the BodyPass project.\nDataPorts project will be present in this event as exhibitor. If you register in this event\, take a look at our panel. \nThe BodyPass project\, funded under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme and member of the BDV-PPP\, breaks barriers between the health sector and the consumer goods sector\, and eliminate the current data silos. Its main objective is to foster exchange\, linking\, and re-use\, as well as to integrate 3D data assets from the two sectors. For this\, BodyPass has adapted and created tools that allow a secure exchange of information between data owners\, companies\, patients\, and customers.\nThe event will gather experts from different European countries and disciplines in order to tackle the most relevant topics related to 3D human body data and upcoming trends: \nTechnologies for processing 3D human body data.\nApplications of 3D human body data for health\, product design and retail.\nSecure exchange of 3D human body data: the use of blockchain.\nData protection of 3D personal data: application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) \nIf you are interested in this event\, you can register here: https://whova.com/portal/registration/scien_202012/ \n
